	•	CatAge maintains high editorial standards. Our content is based on the most current feline health information available and is peer-reviewed by veterinarians and members of the feline health community. When there is little or no research on a topic, such as a specific cat disease or cat health care method, we'll tell you so. And we'll give you informed opinions, based on what is known.
	•	Our editorial and advertising departments will always be separate. Content will never be adjusted to suit advertisers' wishes.

Advertising and editorial content is clearly delineated on the Web site, in all member communications, and in any other CatAge publications. In products that contain both editorial content and advertising, we design our formats to give visual and linguistic cues that separate the two. For direct-marketing messages, such as targeted e-mail marketing messages, there are clear markers indicating these are commercial messages.
